Stage 4 kits come stainless steel crossover and 1pc. down pipe and larger blow off valve. The intercooler is our Stage 2 core and comes with mounting hardware and tubing cut to length with bead rolled ends. Kit is designed to bolt right in on a 99-2012 GM 2 and 4 wheel drive trucks. Rated at over 700HP.

Want access to more power EVEN FASTER, take to a ball bearing turbo. Ball Bearing turbo will spool FASTER then a journal bearning turbo. This faster spool hi HP potential comes at a slightly higher price. These turbos are for the customer looking at making the most power for a given size turbo. OR wants to get into boost quicker.. Stage 4 uses a 76mm ceramic ball bearing turbo.. This turbo is capable of producing over 700HP.. Stainless steel mandrel bent crossover and 1 pc. down pipe. Mandrel bent hot pipes have smooth bends for better flow capabilities. The intercooler is our Stage 2 core and comes with mounting hardware and tubing cut to length. Cold piping is cut to length and comes with a bead rolled ends. Bead roll keeps the tubing from sliding out while under boost.

Mandrel bent stainless steel crossover and downpipe will hold up under the most demanding conditions. Kits comes with a 76mm turbo, standard. Good for 700HP to the ground. Thick wall swept runner turbo manifold, uses 3/8" flanges that are TIG welded. Flanges are machined so the runner inserts into the flange, not just stuck on the side. This gives you a stronger weld, the best looking weld and great heat control during the welding process. LARGE 46mm waste gate keeps the boost under controll. Standard waste gate configuration is vented to the atmosphere. This allows you to hear when the gate is open. With bead rolled ends these cold pipes will not leak or come apart; even under the highest boost demands. The intercooler is our Stage 2 intercooler core with 2.5" inlet and outlets.Mounts directly to the frame using our universal brackets. Smaller tubing from the turbo to the intercooler helps keep the air speed up. After the intercooler the piping starts to increase is size up to 3.5", making the transition to the throttle body clean and seemless. 60mm blow off keeps away the turbo surge, and it just sounds cool. Releasing all the boosted air from turbo to throttle when you lift off the throttle is a must. The blowoff protects the turbos for turbo surge and protect the throttle body from having boost pushing on a closed throttle blade. HI boost pressure with out a blowoff can result in damage to your turbo and throttle body blade or throttle body shaft. Kit is designed to for a 99-2012 GM trucks. 07+ vehicles are available, using a different intercooler kit. Final kit may look different then in pic.
