Need to keep your cool? This front mount air/air intercooler kit was designed to bolt right up and fit 99-06 Chevy and GMC trucks using either our Intro or Street Stalker kits. Chevy/GMC 07 model trucks will require a different core. This kit will work with other applications, but some modification may be neccessary.

NOTES: This intercooler kit will not fit our Front Low Mount Turbo System. Some truck front area might need modification to increase air flow to the Intercooler. Stock fan shroud will need some trimming.

Custom welded brackets. These brackets allow the end user serveral options on mounting height. Depending if the truck has a body lift.

Super strong steel mounting brackets. Keep the intercooler mounted under the most extreme conditions. Brackets have several mounting location bolt holes. Making your install quick and easy.

Large mandrel bent tubing makes mounting the maf sensor a breeze. All silicone couplers are black, keeping with the OEM look of the engine compartment. The fan shroud will need some trimming so not to rub the silicone boot. Trimming clearance is left up to the customer/installer.
