The TPP-00009 Digital Time Delay (DDT) with an integrated throttle-position activation switch (TPAS). This unit is a must for any seriour racer relying on a time to delay the activation on a device. The TPAS accepts all analog throttle-position sensor signals as well as a “hot” or “grounded” wide-open-throttle (WOT) switch.
The DDT already comes with a built in trans-brake input wire. Keeping your wiring clean and cluter free. Other delay devices require you pruchase another relay if you are going to use a trans-brake to pause the starting of the delay.
TheTPP-00008 Digital Time Delay requires 9~18 volts to operate correctly. There are 2 outputs, on output line switches 12 volts when activated (ON), the other switches Ground when activated (ON). Both have a maximum current rating of 1 amp. All this and only 2.375 x 1.850 x .930 the size box.
The TPP-00008 Digital Time Delay is built for the racing environment to withstand heat, vibration, dirt and water. It is designed to operate over the temperature range from -40 to +185 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to +85 degrees Celsius).
